Cost (inc. GST):
$49 per head - Weekday sessions (Mon- Thurs)
$55 per head - Weekend sessions (Fri-Sun)
- 1.5 to 2hrs artist led painting session - A take-home canvas (40cm X 50cm) for all guests - Use of all art supplies (paints, brushes, aprons and easels) - Other set-up material required e.g. table covers, paper towels etc
- Lots of fun memories :)
Please note, these costs do not include drinks/ food or tables/chairs required for the session.
In case you need us to travel to your venue there will an additional travel charge, depending on the distance (starting at $50 per event)
Minimum Spends & Deposit:
- We need adepositof$200to lock-in the date and time for you (deductible from the final payment) - Minimum spends equal to a group of 12 guests on weekdays and 15 guests on weekends (20 in case of weekend evening peak times).
What to expect at the event:
A friendly local artist will arrive 45 mins prior to the event start time and set-up the venue for your painting session. She will guide all the guests through the painting process step-by-step in a two hours session and also provide individual support if needed.The artist will need 30 mins after the session to wrap-up.
You can let us know the painting theme you are interested in or ask us for our available options.
Refunds and Reschedules:
Deposits paid are non-refundable. We can offer a reschedule/ change of date at no extra cost if a notice of 30 days is provided.
Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.
We do not offer refund/credit in case any cancellations are made after the final payment.
In case the event is cancelled due to Covid restrictions, you can reschedule to our next available date at no extra cost.
