Paint and Sip | Mindful Mandala
Join us for a morning of mindfulness, to paint an intuitive Mandala while enjoying your favourite drink and nibbles.
Mandala painting is a well known way of practising mindfulness - a state of being aware of the present moment. The repetition of patterns, colours and shapes invite the practice of pure presence, stay in the moment, in the flow!
Palavi, a local Mandala artist, will guide you through the journey (step-by-step) and help you create your own unique Mandala to take-home.
No prior art experience required!
